The Role:
We are looking to further increase our headcount by recruiting an additional recruitment consultant to our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be managing their own department, working with long-standing clients as well as undertaking business development activities to bring new clients on-board.
Working with an established team, you will be given the support needed to succeed and also the freedom to bring fresh ideas into the business.
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience working in the legal sector or in a professional services industry
- Experience working as a recruitment consultant, managing your own clients and candidates
- Comfortable undertaking business development
- Able to demonstrate a confident manner and a determination to succeed.
